Akko Academy, Malison
---------------------------------------------------
▫️Torrent:
I glance down at my computer screen as I type some code for this new device I am building. Music thumps from downstairs where my cousins and brother are having some crazy party while the adults are gone. I don't care for parties, I am more focused on my device. I am trying to mimic my fathers power of controlling time with my uncle's power of teleportation. I want to make a time machine that can take me away to anyplace in any time in history.
I gaze at my reflection in the computer screen, my green eyes are bright and sharp, quite small yet not too small. My jaw is sharp as I am concentrating on writing the code. I brush back my black hair before going back to typing. My long fingers move quickly across the keyboard, with luck I should have it all written by tonight. I know I look exactly like my father, but right now, I wish I could be seperating from my father and I wish everyone would stop comparing me to him.
I am sick and tired of my father always saying I have dissapointed him because I have no powers. Truthfully, I think I do have powers, they just aren't something anyone can see. I build thing really well, I can see and understand how parts fit together in machines and I have been fasinated by all tech since I was a child. Maybe I have a power of knowledge of mechanics. Yet, I know my father will never understand that if I tell him.
My father keeps me at home, away from the world, most people forget I exist. I am the forgotten Zodiac. Nobody cares, nobody understands who I am. That is why I hope, I hope that my machines will give me the fame and glory the rest of my family has because of their powers. But even then, nobody will ever take my side because my father has always done something better then I ever will. I will never amount up to the man he is, besides I am just a child, only 16.
I swear I am good for nothing at all.
"Hey Torrent?" I hear my brother's voice behind me as the door opens, also letting in a brief burst of music.
"Hey Jay." I smile as I look ever my shoulder at my older brother then back down at my computer. "Did you need something?"
"Enzo wants to video message us."

▫️Jake:
Music.
Music that is hard.
Music that is so loud you can't even think.
That's what a Zodiac party looks like.
I stand on the counter of our kitchen as I dance along to the music, my cousin Mason beside me. We laugh as some cute girls come along and I put on my best smile as I bend down and play with one of their ponytails.
"Hey cuties," I smirk. "Whatcha doing? Wanna come dance with us?"
The two of them giggle and Mason and I each take one and pull them up onto the counter just as the chorus comes back on the song. We scream along to the music as the girls dance between us.
"Get us four shots!" The girl next to me yells to the drink boy. He nods and returns with four tiny cups filled with orange liquid. Its just orange soda, but its good and gets your blood flowing without the stupid hangover that liquor has. He hands us each one shot. The girls each quickly drink theirs down before jumping off the counter.
"Leaving so soon?" I sit on the edge of the counter as I look at them. "Without even giving me your number?"
The girls giggle and they exchange numbers with me and Mason before they leave. I blow them a kiss and a wink. I sit beside Mason on the counter, our leg dangled off the edge of the counter. I swing my legs as I quickly drink the shot. "Aww..." I sigh. "Why do people do drugs when there is Orange Soda."
"Cause people are stupid," Mason mumbles as he drinks his.
"Amen to that!" I laugh as I throw away my cup.
"Hey Mason! Jake!" Jay runs up to us. "There are five couples in my bedroom making out."
"And this is our problem because?" Mason starts.
"Why do they have to use my room? Why can't they use yours or Jakes?" Jay snaps.
"Because my bedroom is reserved for when I go make out with that girl right there." I point to a hot blond across the room.
"That's a women." Jay crosses his arms.
"It is?" I tilt my head, then he turns around and YEP that is a dude. "Oh... well he should get a haircut, cause he looks like a girl."
Mason is laughing so hard he looks like he is about to fall off the counter. This isn't the first time I have mistaken a guy to be a women... I think I might need glasses if I can't see people's genders.
"Honestly you guys, this party is out of control." Jay looks around. "Orange Soda really? And Dollar store brand? You guys are cheap."
"Well every party needs a pooper, that's why we invited you." Mason pokes Jay's chest as he says that.
Jay rolls his eyes and runs his fingers through his black hair. "Just keep them out fo my room, Enzo wants to video message us."
"ENZO!" I jump from the counter. "OH! I'M COMING TOO!"
I run with Jay and Mason back to Jay's room. "Everybody out! I gotta talk to my favorite cousin!" I yell at all the couples making out. "Go do that nasty crap outside in the backyard."
Once they all get out I quickly go to Jay's computer and open the video messaging page. Torrent was already in the room and was texting Enzo for this connecting passcode. Soon enough Enzo face was on the screen.
"ENZO!" I basically scream.
Enzo laughs on the screen. "Hello Jake."
"I miss you so so much! There are so many cute girls here!"
"And guys that look like girls too," Mason teases.
"HEY!" I snap.
Enzo just laughs. "You guys will never believe what happened. I got a prophecy about me. I told me how I died..."
"What..." Torrent mumbled, we all leaned in slightly wanting to hear more.
"My father is going to kill me." Enzo stated. "It will be soon as well."
"Enzo no. You can not die." Mason says.
"Yeah!" We all agree.
Enzo sighed and ran a hand through his black and white hair. "Its not that simple."
"It is simple, just don't die." I suggest trying to wrap my head around the fact my favorite cousin might die soon.
"I was actually thinking of fighting this prophecy thing... by going to my father and killing him before he can get to me." Enzo says. "But I need all of our help..."
"ANYTHING!" I quickly say. "Enzo you know we love you and will help you with anything you need."
"I need a jet," Enzo states. "And the best father killing weapon I can get my hands on. Cause I am going on a killer quest."

▫️Enzo:
So what that nobody has ever faced Seven and lived to tell about it. I am going to be the first. I go over my plan in my mind, I worked out everything with my cousins. Torrent can hack into one of the Zodiac jets at the airport and program it to take me right to my father. The others meanwhile are finding a weapon I can use to defeat my father once I find him, I am hoping it's blaster... Blasters would be cool. But either way I am leaving now to go on this quest.
"Whatcha doing?" Aron leans agains the post of my door as I pack.
"None of your buisness." I snap.
"You are leaving aren't you? Blythe isn't going to like this. Who is she going to train with? What about our team?" Aron walks in and knees beside me.
"There is something I need to do Aron, you wouldn't understand. You barely know me." I admit as I pack up extra socks into the backpack.
"I think I will understand more than you think." Aron says.
"It's personal buisness, I might not come back. I don't want to worry you." I tell him.
"Personal buisness?" I hear a female voice at the door, I turn to see the beautiful--I mean... awful face of Blythe Moran. "In that case I am coming with you."
"OH... No no no!" I shake my head.
"Yes, yes, and yes. I suspect you are going to need my protection boy. You are the worst person I have ever meet with a sword." Blythe teases me.
"I don't need your help saving Malison." I snap at her.
"Oh? Saving Malison?" Blythe raises an eyebrow. "Seems like a large task to do all by yourself. If you are going to save all of Malison, I am the best person to keep you from messing that up. Besides, you planning on going into the war zone?"
I look down as she points at the maps I had printed off of the recent battle lines. "Why would that matter? You are not coming." I quickly cover them up with my jacket.
"You have been training with me for weeks Enzo, you know I got mad strategy," Blythe says. "Any other boy would be impressed... but your not."
"Enzo she does have a point, it is always better when you have a partner. In anything." Aron whispers to me.
"I would rather have you be my partner..." I whisper while glaring at the female standing beside me. "In case you haven't noticed I don't get along well with girls."
"You aren't that good of a listener either," Blythe giggles.
I look at Aron, trying to battle him with my eyes, but he looks back at me with the same idea. I end up loosing that battle.
"Fine. You can come Blythe."
