A little late night but totally worth it! I got to see the milky way, the summer triangle, Consultations like Hercules and Corona Bourialous (and yes it's an actual consultations! Also, excuse my spelling), The ring of Saturn and its moon, Jupiter and its moons, a nearby Galaxy, shooting stars, satillites, and so much more in the night sky! The best night of my life so far! I wish you guys could have seen it- I can't express how much I wish you guys could have seen it!

There was a story that I heard with the summer triangle, too! Well, there is the three stars, Vega, Altair, and Deneb, in a triangle of course. I'll pull up a pic, hold on...

Vega was a Weaver of the Gods as Altair was a shepherd of his sheep. Vega was not to leave her post, weaving for the gods... She had different plans indeed! She meet with Altair and they fell in love with each other and had a nice family. But when the gods found out she left her post and separated the two so called forbidden lovers! They put a river to keep her family away from her and able to be free of distraction. Legend has it, the two lovers- and their children- could only see her one a year as they grew older.

The stories the stars can tell, right?! Once again, I wish you could have witnessed what I have seen.

Tip: if you are going to be stargazing, be sure to go to an open area and no lights, red light is exceptional so you can kinda see where you are going.

And I think I'll end my night there! I've learnt a little more about the stars, planets, and more... But I also learned about myself too! I loved finding consultations and I think I got a good grasp on Navigation with stars!
