It started when I found out he was lying.

He told me he was going to the bar, or he was going to visit Mikey. He told me he just wanted to be alone. Just wanted to be by himself for a little while.

I followed him one night to a strip club and I put an end to it immediately. Got mad at him for lying to me and pretending to go somewhere he wasn't. I'm not overprotective, I just want to make sure he's okay. That he's not talking to people behind my back. I guess I didn't try hard enough because he was. I wouldn't really call it cheating, it wasn't an actual relationship and I guess that's okay, but he still lied. He still took advantage of how trusting I was and when I asked him why he did it, he said he was afraid of talking to me about having sex.

So now here I am, two days later in my room with bland eyes staring at my music and trying not to cry again. I should probably forgive him, but I'm scared to. Scared he'll use me again. Scared he'll try to go to the club again. Scared that if we do go with what he wants, he won't be satisfied with me...

But I know I'll have to do it sooner or later...

I shut my laptop with a quick snap and look up, "Gerard?"

There's a long silence, but eventually the red-haired boy makes his way up the stairs and into the bedroom, lowering his eyes as soon as he sees me.

"Y-Yeah?"

"I forgive you," I say after a short hesitation, "I forgive you for... for lying to me and... everything... I'm sorry for not talking to you these past few days..."

Gerard nods his head and takes a seat on the bed, inches away from my face.

"It's okay, thank you."

I smile slightly at him and kiss his soft lips, tasting the coffee and cream on them.

"Look if... if you want to go... all the way, I wouldn't be opposed to it. Only if you want to, though."

He looks up with wide eyes, "Really?"

I smile a little and nod, he gives me a giant grin and pulls me close.

"Yes! I'd love to!"

I lean forward and kiss him, "Let's get started, then."
