View goes to inside Brightitty Bright Bright. EVIL NED is leading MOOFIN, who is pulling wagon full of candy, deeper into the forest. They come up to a strange deformed tree, which has a low spot that can be easily climbed to and stood on.

EVIL NED: This looks like a good spot!

MOOFIN stops and drops the wagon handle, breathing hard.

MOOFIN: So... what do we do now?

EVIL NED: Now... the cool stuff can happen!

He grabs large armful of candy out of the wagon and puts it on standing spot in tree. He then climbs up to the spot, takes a piece of candy, and holds it up.

Now... I will rule the world!

He unwraps it and eats it dramatically. He and everything around him are suddenly drained of color. The colorlessness begins spreading out from him.
